Substantial Large 19th Century Antique French Gas Dragon Brass Chandelier Light
A Highly Ornate and Decorative Very Rare Antique Chandelier Originally Made for Gas, but has Been Converted for Electric Use.
A True Statement Piece That Will Create a Fabulous Focal Point in Any Room It is Placed, Complete with Large Detailed Dragons Holding Galleries with Vintage Flower Shades.
Complete with at Some Point, an Added Crown Circlet Shade with Handmade Antique Delicate Glass Tubes with Clear Drop Tips.
The Chandelier is in Good Condition for its Age and Has an Incredible Charm and Original Patina.
The Chandelier has no Damage Throughout, but Does Show Its Age so Please Inspect Close Up Photos To Show the Pitting and Age Related Marks to the Framing For a Better Idea of Colour Etc.
The Chain and Ceiling is not Original to the Chandelier but Has Been Added so it Can be Hung at the Desired Height.
(Normally Gas Chandeliers Come with an All In One Rod Straight to the Ceiling, But this has been Removed when Converted to Electric with Chains and a Ceiling Rose, So This Gives a More Flexible Option to Hang at Any Desired Length For an Already Very Large Chandelier!)
Ready to be Hung in Situ from the Hook inside the Ceiling Rose.
